Congratulations to Pip Holland breaking 90min for the first time at the Gold Coast 1/2 Marathon.

Pip has come off a 7 PB off the bike at Cairns running a 1.32 there and then after a little more run focus for today manged the below..

split point split time distance pace speed
10KM 00:41:56 10.00 04:11 14.30
20KM 00:42:43 10.00 04:16 14.04
FINISH 00:04:39 1.10 04:13 14.18

A total time of 1.29.19. (Previous fastest 1.33)

By focusing on keeping her easy sessions easy, meant that we could push her harder for her more specific sessions.

Congratulations and a reward for training smart!
